The invention discloses an information processing method and device, equipment and a computer storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a question text inputted by a user, the question text comprising a plurality of first words; calculating the occurrence frequency of each first word in the plurality of first words in a word frequency table; determining the dynamic weight of each first word according to the frequency of each first word; determining vectors of the plurality of first words according to the question text; performing weighted averaging on the vector of each first word according to the dynamic weight of each first word to obtain a sentence vector of the question text; calculating the similarity between the sentence vector and a question sentence vector in a question and answer database; and outputting answer information corresponding to the question sentence vector with the highest similarity with the question sentence vector in the question and answer database.
