Besides, multiple data pushing modes are supported, the data pushing service is extracted from specific business, and the corresponding data pushing service is configured according to different business requirements, so that hot plug type development of the data pushing service is realized. 本发明公开了一种数据推送服务平台和方法，数据推送服务平台通过配置中心对数据监控层、插件层、分发层和发送层进行统一管理，不同系统业务通过本发明与外部系统进行交互，实现了数据推送服务的统一管理。此外，通过本发明支持多种数据推送方式，将数据推送服务从具体业务中抽离出来，根据不同业务需要来配置相应的数据推送服务，从而实现了数据推送服务的热插拔式开发。
