Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) for repairing a long-distance oil and gas pipeline and a construction method, and the method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a mold base, preparing a compound epoxy resin and a compound curing agent, preheating for later use, adding liquid paraffin into the mold base, uniformly mixing the compound curing agent and the compound epoxy resin, putting the mixture into specific equipment, and stabilizing to prepare SMC resin paste; the method comprises the following steps: taking an alkali-free glass fiber chopped strand mat, carrying out mat impregnation, collecting the chopped strand mat into a roll, transferring the roll into a mold base to serve as a first-layer mat, pouring SMC resin paste onto the surface of the mat, laying bidirectional glass fiber cloth, pouring SMC resin paste onto the surface again, repeating the laying process, and obtaining a repaired finished product SMC after a predetermined standard is reached.
