Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of food and cosmetics, and discloses a method for extracting sanchi flower hydrolat in high-altitude areas, which comprises the following steps: (1) cleaning sanchi flowers, putting the sanchi flowers into a distillation kettle, adding deionized water, and crushing to obtain sanchi flower pulp; (2) adding deionized water containing magnesium chloride and ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid into the pseudo-ginseng flower pulp in the distillation kettle, and mixing; (3) heating the distillation kettle, keeping the boiling state, and distilling for 3-5 hours; and (4) when the temperature of the distillation kettle is reduced to 55 DEG C, opening a condenser, carrying out condensation separation to obtain distillate, and standing and filtering to obtain the sanchi flower hydrolat.
