The graphite electrode is installed above the melting chamber and can stretch into or retreat from the melting mold in a lifting mode, the arcing shielding assembly can move to the position above an opening of the melting mold through rotation to isolate the graphite electrode from the melting mold, and residues and ash powder generated by the graphite electrode are collected in the arcing shielding assembly in the graphite electrode arcing preheating stage. After the graphite electrode is preheated, the arcing shielding assembly is rotated to leave the opening of the melting mold, and the graphite el
