Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of microwave absorbing materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a nano-metal loaded magnetic foam carbon microwave absorbent. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing gel in which nano metal particles are uniformly dispersed by taking flour as a precursor and adopting a process of combining a sol-gel method and a coprecipitation method; and (2) pyrolyzing the dried gel by adopting a one-step pyrolysis method to prepare the magnetic foam carbon microwave absorbent in which nano metal particles are uniformly loaded.
