Zusammenfassung:	The invention aims to provide an ultrasonic welding device and a welding method. The ultrasonic welding device comprises an ultrasonic triple set, a bottom die assembly, a first posture adjusting assembly and a second posture adjusting assembly. The ultrasonic triple set comprises an energy converter, an amplitude modulator and a roll welding head. The bottom die assembly and the roll welding head are oppositely arranged, and a welding station in the welding device is defined by the bottom die assembly and the roll welding head. The first posture adjusting assembly is in transmission connection with the ultrasonic triple set and used for adjusting the height and levelness of the roll welding head. The second posture adjusting assembly is in transmission connection with the bottom die assembly and used for adjusting the levelness of the bottom die assembly.
