Zusammenfassung:	In order to balance the circulation network, the circulation network comprises a plurality of regions connected in parallel, each region having a regulating valve, an individual flow characteristic is determined (S1) for each of the regulating valves by recording the total flow of the fluid measured at different valve positions of the respective regulating valve, while the remaining other regulating valves are set to a closed valve position. A relevant flow characteristic is determined (S2) by recording the total flow of the fluid measured at different valve positions of the respective regulating valve, while the remaining other regulating valves are set to open valve positions. A correction factor for each of the regulating valves is determined (S3) using the individual flow characteristics and the associated flow characteristics.
