Zusammenfassung: | An ICP-MS (Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry) method for isotope tracing of bioavailability of heavy metals in sediments relates to the technical field of heavy metal detection, and comprises the following steps: (1) determination of the total amount of heavy metals in the sediments, (2) isotope labeling tracing: synthesizing ion exchange state lead (206Pb exists in the form of lead nitrate) in the sediments labeled by different lead isotopes, and adding the lead into the sediments; (3) bio-availability extraction: adding the sediment sample into a bovine serum albumin solution, oscillating and extracting; and (4) determining the heavy metal content and the isotope content in the bovine serum albumin by using ICP-MS.
