The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a titanium alloy cast ingot; (2) the titanium alloy cast ingot is subjected to quenching treatment; and (3) a mechanical property tensile test bar is taken, the titanium alloy cast ingot treated in the step (2) is subjected to room-temperature stretching, the ductility of the titanium alloy cast ingot at the room temperature is obtained, the ductility of the titanium alloy material in the quenching state is compared, and the formability of the titanium alloy material is evaluated.
