The sequence of a forward primer of the molecular marker is TTGAAATTTGAGATGAAAAGTTGA (as shown in SEQ ID No. 1), and the sequence of a reverse primer of the molecular marker is CATTGGATGGCTAGCTCCTT (as shown in SEQ ID No. 2). When the molecular marker is used for selecting the gene CTG6 germinating at low temperature in the early growth stage of rice or on a seedbed, the selection efficiency is greatly improved, and meanwhile, the selection period can be shortened. 本发明公开了水稻低温萌发基因CTG6的分子标记及其应用,该分子标记的正向引物序列为:TTGAAATTTGAGATGAAAAGTTGA(SEQ ID No.1所示),反向引物序列为:CATTGGATGGCTAGCTCCTT(SEQ ID No.2所示)。利用本发明的分子标记在水稻生长早期或在苗床上对低温萌发的基因CTG6进行选择,选择效率大大提高,同时能够缩短选择周期。
