The formula comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: BIIR2211, kaolin, talcum powder, transparent white carbon black, magnesium oxide, titanium dioxide, carbon black, polyethylene wax and sulfur. The ETFE film with the treated surface is laid on the rubber compound in the formula, the neck part of the double-fork plug with a partial positioning structure can be quickly vulcanized at the relatively low temperature of 170 DEG C, and the crosslinking degree is about 60%; and putting the laminated neck part into a secondary vulcanization mold of the rubber plug, laying the rubber compound in the mold, vulcanizing at a low temperature of 160 DEG C for a long time of 500 seconds, stabilizing the positioning body structure, and extruding a new positioning body structure, thereby obtaining the double-fork |
