The anti-dazzle film is obtained by coating a base material with an anti-dazzle coating liquid, baking and drying, and performing UV curing, the anti-dazzle coating liquid comprises an acrylate prepolymer, an acrylate monomer, anti-dazzle particles, a photoinitiator, a light absorber, a dispersant, a leveling agent, a fluorine-containing auxiliary agent and a solvent. The light absorbent is introduced to promote the reaction of the organic particles and the resin in the curing process, and a uniform and dense concave-convex surface is formed on the surface of the film, so that the prepared anti-dazzle film has the properties of high haze and low flash point, and also has the effect of delaying aging. 本发明公开了一种高雾度、低闪点的防眩光膜及其制备方法,所述防眩光膜通过将防眩光涂布液涂布于基材上,烘烤干燥、UV固化得到;所述防眩光涂布液包含丙烯酸酯预聚物、丙烯酸酯单体、防眩粒子、光引发剂、光吸收剂、分散剂、流平剂、含氟助剂及溶剂。本发明通过引入光吸收剂促进有机粒子与树脂在固化过程中反应,在膜表面形成均匀且密集的凹凸面,使制备得到的防眩光膜具有高雾度、低闪点的性能,同时还具有延缓老化的效果。
