Comprising the following steps: processing mutually corresponding characteristic patterns on single-side surfaces of the composite material and the light alloy; cleaning the surface; the two are assembled to realize mechanical meshing; the light alloy plate is heated through a resistor to achieve preheating; under the pressurizing condition, the surface of the light alloy plate is scanned through swing laser; and after scanning is finished, pressure maintaining is conducted for a period of time, and finally the thermoplastic composite material and light alloy tight connecting piece is obtained.
