The invention relates to 18F radiolabelled residual agents and biomolecules and methods of radiolabelling biomolecules with radioactive fluorine atoms. The biomolecules have affinity for specific types of cells and can specifically bind to certain cells, such as cancer cells. Related biomolecules include antibodies, monoclonal antibodies, antibody fragments, peptides, other proteins, nanoparticles, and aptamers.
