Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a complaint work order processing method and device, a storage medium and electronic equipment, and relates to the technical field of Internet. The complaint work order processing method comprises the steps of obtaining a newly added complaint work order; determining whether the newly added complaint work order has a similar historical complaint work order; if the newly added complaint work order has the similar historical complaint work order, classifying the emotion of the customer of the newly added complaint work order; determining whether the newly added complaint work order has an automatic processing condition or not according to the emotion classification of the customer; and if it is determined that the newly added complaint work order has an automatic processing condition according to the emotion classification of the customer, outputting a complaint processing scheme of the newly added complaint work order. According to the embodiment of the invention, the processing efficien
