Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for rapidly testing the corrosion resistance of a grid. The method comprises the following steps: S1, testing and recording the weight W1 and the surface area S of the grid to be tested; s2, putting the to-be-detected grid serving as a positive electrode and an auxiliary negative electrode grid into a plastic tank, and adding a sulfuric acid solution; s3, connecting the positive grid and the negative grid by using an anti-corrosion connecting line, and sealing the plastic groove; s4, applying a constant current I to the positive and negative grids for a duration t; s5, boiling the corroded positive plate grid with sugar alkali water for 5-10 minutes, washing with pure water, and drying; s6, weighing the weight W2 of the to-be-measured anode grid at the moment; and S7, calculating the service life T of the grid.
