The invention provides an automatic control method for a clutch electromagnetic valve, which relates to the technical field of electromagnetic valves and comprises the following steps: activating a transmission controller to enter an initial state; if the pressure control entering condition is met, entering a pressure control state to start exhaust preparation; if the condition of entering the low pressure is met, entering the minimum pressure state; if the high pressure condition is met, the electromagnetic valve enters the maximum pressure state, and the electromagnetic valve is circularly switched between the maximum pressure state and the minimum pressure state so as to continuously exhaust gas; if the maintaining time after entering the maximum pressure state is larger than the threshold value and the number of times is larger than the preset number of times, entering a completion state and completing exhaust; and if the basic condition is not satisfied in the pressure control state, the minimum pressure
