Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a PET hydrolase with a cellulose binding domain, PETase EHA is fused with the cellulose binding domain (CBM), and the amino acid sequence of the PET hydrolase comprises SEQ ID NO.2 and SEQ ID NO.6. The invention also relates to a preparation method of the PET hydrolase with the cellulose binding domain. The PET degradation activity of the fused enzyme is higher than that of PETAseEHA, so that the degradation activity of the PETAseEHA is successfully improved, and the industrial application value of the PET hydrolase is further increased. 本申请涉及一种具有纤维素结合域的PET水解酶,是将PETaseEHA与纤维素结合域(CBM)融合,其氨基酸序列包含SEQ ID NO.2及SEQ ID NO.6。融合后的酶对PET降解活性均高于PETaseEHA,故本申请成功地提高PETaseEHA的降解活性,也进一步地增加此PET水解酶的工业应用价值。
