Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a flexible heat prevention and insulation material which is supported by the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50-70% of a base material, 10-40% of a heat insulation filler, 10-40% of an anti-ablation filler, 1-5% of a foaming filler, 5-25% of a framework material and 0.5-3% of a tackifying aid. The composite material has the advantages of low density, good heat insulation performance, good flexibility and good thermal matching performance with a base material (the elongation at break is greater than or equal to 20%); compressive strength is high; the forming process is simple (normal-temperature or low-temperature foaming process); good application prospects are realized in the field of aerospace craft heat prevention and insulation. 一种柔性防隔热材料,由以下原料支撑:按重量百分比计,基料50~70%,隔热填料10~40%,抗烧蚀填料10~40%,发泡填料1~5%,骨架材料5~25%,增粘助剂0.5~3%。其优点是:密度低、隔热性能好、柔性良好,和基材有良好的热匹配性能(拉断伸长率≥20%);抗压强度高;成型工艺简单(常温或低温发泡工艺);在航天飞行器防隔热领域具有良好应用前景。
