Jade glass hot bending process

The invention provides a jade glass hot bending process which comprises the following processing steps: step 1, selecting raw materials; 2, the jade glass is installed on a hot bending mold; thirdly, the hot bending mold and the jade glass are fed into a kiln through a furnace car to be subjected to hot bending machining; and 4, detecting various parameters of the jade glass subjected to hot bending processing. According to the jade hot bending process disclosed by the invention, the jade glass with the thickness of 20 mm or more can be subjected to hot bending processing, and the hot bending yield of the jade glass can be greater than 85% by adjusting the hot bending process, namely the heating and cooling rate and the heat preservation time. 本发明提供的一种玉石玻璃热弯工艺，包括以下加工步骤，步骤一：原料的选取；步骤二：将玉石玻璃安装在热弯模具上；步骤三：通过炉车将热弯模具和玉石玻璃送入窑炉中进行热弯加工；步骤四：将热弯加工完成的玉玻璃进行各项参数检测。本发明中所公开的玉石热弯工艺能针对厚度在20mm及以上玉石玻璃进行热弯加工，通过调整热弯工艺，即升温和降温速率、保温时间，可以实现玉石玻璃的热弯成品率大于85％。
