Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a drug sustained-release controllable polyether-ether-ketone implant and a preparation method thereof. The implant comprises a drug loading area and a solid area, the solid area comprises a first polyether-ether-ketone substrate, and the drug loading area comprises a second polyether-ether-ketone substrate, a drug loading medium and a drug or an active factor loaded on the second polyether-ether-ketone substrate through the drug loading medium; the second polyether-ether-ketone substrate is provided with mutually communicated concave holes smaller than or equal to 10 microns, and the strength of the first polyether-ether-ketone substrate meets the requirement that the implant keeps the original structure during use; the first polyether-ether-ketone substrate and the second polyether-ether-ketone substrate are obtained through selective laser sintering printing. The slow release rate and time of drugs or active factors are regulated and controlled by using different porosities, and the
