The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) enzymatic synthesis: mixing alkaline amino acid and glutamine according to a molar concentration ratio of (2: 1)-(1: 3), dissolving the mixture in water, adjusting pH with alkali, adding enzyme, and carrying out enzymatic synthesis under a stirring condition; adjusting the pH value of the reaction liquid back with acid, performing enzyme deactivation to obtain a composite peptide stock solution, and preparing a composite peptide raw material from the composite peptide stock solution; and (2) blending the low-sodium salt: taking the prepared composite peptide raw material, and taking the mass of the solid matter of the low-sodium salt agent as a calculation reference, and adding the following components in percentage by weight: 5-20% of the composite peptide raw material, 50-75% of sodium c |
