Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a normal-temperature fermented dairy product with an actinidia arguta flavor. The fermented dairy product contains inactivated bifidobacterium longum BBMN68 and xylooligosaccharide. The invention also provides a preparation method of the normal-temperature fermented dairy product. Tests show that the fermented dairy product not only has rich nutritional ingredients and flavor of the actinidia arguta, but also reduces the acerbity taste of the actinidia arguta, is moderate in viscosity, good in acidity taste and unique in taste, promotes generation of acetic acid and butyric acid in intestinal tracts, and can remarkably regulate intestinal flora, promote small intestine movement and relieve constipation. According to the preparation method, the normal-temperature fermented dairy product obtained by inactivating the probiotics can be stored for a long time at normal temperature, is low in water loss rate, and has the characteristics of long shelf life, convenience in storage, convenienc
