The problem that deformation is out of tolerance in existing polycrystalline material plate frame piece machining is solved. The method mainly comprises the steps of carrying out nondestructive testing on residual stress and distribution of the residual stress of different parts in a to-be-processed metal plate, marking a residual stress risk area causing deformation out-of-tolerance, designing and processing an envelope surface, calculating the envelope surface with the minimum deformation amount, planning a processing path and cutting the plate in sequence, and measuring and evaluating whether the deformation is out-of-tolerance or not.
