The invention provides an accelerator parameter determination method, which comprises the following steps: compressing a neural network according to a preset compression parameter, and obtaining a network parameter of the compressed neural network; generating architecture parameters of the accelerator according to the network parameters; and evaluating the architecture parameters according to preset resource requirements and performance requirements, and outputting the network parameters and the architecture parameters after the evaluation is passed.
