Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for determining the content of chlorophenol in water by a single droplet microextraction method, which comprises the following steps: (1) measuring a proper amount of water sample to be determined, adding an internal standard solution and neutral salt into the water sample, and uniformly mixing; (2) extracting a mixed solution of an extraction solvent and a derivation agent by using a microsyringe, the extraction solvent being normal hexane-toluene, and the derivation agent being MTBSTFA; (3) immersing the needle point of the microsyringe into the water sample, and pushing a push-pull rod of the microsyringe to form a suspended extraction solvent liquid drop on the needle point; (4) stirring the water sample at the stirring speed of 100 r/min-200 r/min while keeping the suspension state of the liquid drops at the needle tip; the extraction time does not exceed 30 min; and (5) sucking the liquid drop suspended at the needle point back into the microsyringe, and analyzing.
