The passive wireless temperature stress sensor comprises an isolation switch contact finger base, an isolation switch contact finger, an antenna, a sensor base, a temperature stress sensitive element, a signal port and a signal transmission line, the temperature stress sensitive element and the signal port are arranged on the inclined plane of the sensor base; the sensor base is assembled at the root of a contact finger of the isolation switch; a sensor detection signal is transmitted to the antenna through the signal port and the signal transmission line and is emitted in an electromagnetic wave form through the antenna; the antenna is installed on one side of the isolation switch contact finger base.
