Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a pressurization system and a pressurization method, and relates to the technical field of hydraulic pressure. The pressurization system comprises a liquid supply pipeline and a PLC (programmable logic controller), a plurality of first electromagnetic ball valves are arranged in the liquid supply pipeline, each first electromagnetic ball valve is communicated with a corresponding vacuum pressing machine, and the opening of the first electromagnetic ball valves is used for supplying liquid to the corresponding vacuum pressing machines by the liquid supply pipeline; therefore, the actual pressure value output by the vacuum pressing machine is changed, and the liquid supply pipeline can supply liquid to the vacuum pressing machines at the same time due to the arrangement of the first electromagnetic ball valves, so that the pressurizing efficiency is improved.
