Functional yarn and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a preparation method of functional yarns. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing functional silk yarns; (2) roughly twisting the functional silk threads obtained in the step (1); and 3) twisting and plying at least two roughly twisted functional silk threads to form the functional yarn. The functional yarn prepared by the method is not easy to scatter, and the problem that the yarn formed by directly winding the yarn core and the functional yarn together in a covering or twisting manner is easy to scatter can be solved. The functional yarn is not prone to scattering, stable in structure and capable of being used in a sewing machine. 本发明公开了一种功能性纱线的制备方法，包括以下步骤：1)制备功能丝线；2)将步骤1)所得的功能丝线进行粗捻；3)将至少两根的经过粗捻后的功能丝线加捻合股形成功能性纱线。由上述方法制备的功能性纱线不易散开，能克服了将线芯和功能丝线直接通过包线或者加捻的方式缠绕于一起形成的丝线容易散开的问题。本发明的功能性纱线不易散开，结构稳定，可在缝纫机中使用。
