Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for enhancing the transcriptional level of amino acid synthetic genes so as to improve the fermentation level of TG enzyme, which comprises the following steps: in streptomyces movensis IPIO, overexpressing genes in endogenous proline, histidine, aromatic amino acid and arginine synthetic pathways respectively by using a promoter of the streptomyces movensis IPIO so as to obtain a mutant strain of high-yield TG enzyme. The transcriptional level of genes synthesized by proline, histidine, aromatic amino acid and arginine is enhanced, synthesis of the amino acids is enhanced, and amino acid supply in the TG enzyme synthesis process is increased, so that the fermentation level of glutamine transaminase is improved. The fermentation yields of glutamine transaminase of the engineering strains WD15, WD18, WD19 and WD22 obtained by the invention are respectively increased by 22%, 50%, 48% and 13% in comparison with those of control strains under the shake flask level of a laboratory.
