The dual-emission carbon dot is synthesized by taking Jannao green B as a carbon source, diammonium hydrogen phosphate ((NH4) 2HPO4) as a nitrogen source and ultrapure water as a solvent. The carbon dot provided by the invention can be used as a ClO detection probe, and has good selectivity, anti-interference capability, time stability and relatively low cytotoxicity. 本发明属于荧光材料技术领域,具体涉及一种双发射碳点及其制备方法和用途。本发明的双发射碳点以健那绿B为碳源,以磷酸氢二铵((NH4)2HPO4)为氮源,以超纯水为溶剂,合成得到。本发明的碳点可用作ClO-检测的探针,具有良好的选择性、抗干扰能力、时间稳定性和较低的细胞毒性。
