The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the residual electric quantity and the maximum charge quantity of a to-be-charged automobile; calculating the default charging time of the to-be-charged automobile according to the residual electric quantity and the maximum charge quantity of the to-be-charged automobile and the default charging power of the charging muzzle; judging whether the charging time of the to-be-charged automobile needs to be shortened; if so, acquiring preset charging time of the to-be-charged automobile; calculating the first charging power of the to-be-charged automobile according to the residual electric quantity and the maximum charge quantity of the to-be-charged automobile and the preset charging time of the to-be-charged automobile, and charging the to-be-charged automobile at the first charging power; the first charging power is smaller than the maximum charging
