The present invention relates to an anti-snoring pillow comprising: a central protrusion (101) for rotating the head and neck of a sleeper in one of the left and right directions at the center of the upper surface and the lower surface of a pillow body (10); the neck pillow part (102) is formed at the lower part of the upper surface and the lower surface of the pillow body (10); and headrest parts (103) which are formed on both sides of the central protruding part (101) and have a groove shape that is thinner than the thickness of the pillow body (10), the grooves being deepened from the lower part to the upper part along the lateral upper part so that the head and neck of the sleeper are inclined toward the lateral upper part.
