The invention provides a symmetric modulation strategy based on two switching periods aiming at the problem of non-uniform heat distribution in an H bridge caused by asymmetry of a modulation strategy. The H-bridge circuit transitions to the next working state by using the first follow current state at the ends of the first working state and the second working state in the first switching period; the H bridge transitions to the next working state by using the second follow current state at the ends of the first working state and the second working state in the second switching period; the first switching period and the second switching period are alternately and circularly used.
