The anode catalyst comprises a Pt/carbon catalyst, an ionomer and an anti-reversion catalyst, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: directly adding the anti-reversion catalyst into the Pt/carbon catalyst, and controlling the thickness of a catalyst layer by adjusting the proportion of each component in the catalyst, so as to prepare the anti-reversion and high-durability fuel cell membrane electrode. The reversible catalyst is an iridium or ruthenium elementary substance, an iridium or ruthenium oxide, or a composite catalyst of the iridium or ruthenium elementary substance or the iridium or ruthenium oxide.
