Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for predicting soybean variety processing suitability. The method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a soybean milk sample; drawing a soybean milk coagulation characteristic curve; (2) preparing a bean curd sample and measuring the quality of the bean curd; and 3) determining soybean milk solidification characteristics and bean curd quality, establishing a soybean milk solidification characteristic curvilinear equation parameter and bean curd quality prediction model, and predicting bean curd processing suitability. According to the method, the sample pretreatment is simple, and the suitability of bean curd processing of the soybean variety can be accurately and quickly predicted through the soybean milk coagulation characteristic curve.
