The invention provides a file processing method and device.The method comprises the steps that when it is detected that a preset host executes a to-be-processed file sent by a first batch job, a file identifier of the to-be-processed file is obtained; judging whether a file identifier is recorded in a preset mapping relation table or not; if the file identifier is recorded in the mapping relation table, obtaining target node information of a target node corresponding to the file identifier in the mapping relation table; transmitting the to-be-processed file to a target node according to target node information; under the condition that the to-be-processed file is successfully transmitted to the target node, a file delivery notice is sent to the target node, and the file delivery notice is used for indicating that a file dependency condition of a second batch job corresponding to the to-be-processed file is met, the file dependency condition is a condition on which the target node executes the second batch job
