The electronic ink film laminated structure comprises a display medium layer, an upper adhesive layer, a transparent substrate, a transparent conductive film and a color filter layer, the upper adhesive layer is located on the display medium layer. The transparent substrate is located on the upper adhesive layer. The transparent conductive film is located between the transparent substrate and the upper adhesive layer, wherein the transparent conductive film has a lower surface facing the upper adhesive layer. The color filter layer is located between the transparent substrate and the display medium layer.
