The system comprises a multi-azimuth wind data monitoring subsystem, a wind data acquisition and quality control subsystem, a true wind analysis processing subsystem and a true wind data application subsystem, the multi-azimuth data monitoring subsystem is configured to be used for acquiring wind data; the wind data at least comprise wind speed and wind direction; the wind data acquisition and quality control subsystem is configured to perform data quality control processing on the acquired wind data to obtain quality control data; the true wind analysis processing subsystem is configured to calculate true wind data by using a preset true wind calculation model based on the acquired quality control data; and the true wind data application subsystem is configured to be used for judging whether strong wind appears or not |
