The method comprises the following steps: 1, obtaining an observation array signal; 2, roughly estimating a target orientation based on ideal array beam forming; 3, performing conventional beam forming processing based on the estimated target azimuth to obtain tracking beam data of the target direction, estimating a broadband continuous spectrum based on the data, and performing background equalization processing on the tracking beam data; 4, detecting L strong line spectrums of the target signal based on a threshold technology; and 5, eliminating linear time delay.
