Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a horizontal acceleration measuring device and method. The device comprises a vacuum assembly, a cooling optical module, two Raman optical assemblies, a fluorescent lens and two accelerometers. The cooling light module generates cooling light and detection light in a time-sharing manner; and atomic groups are cooled and trapped through the vacuum assembly by using a magneto-optical trap technology. Raman light is irradiated to an atomic group through the Raman light assembly, a high-frequency acceleration signal is measured through the accelerometer, a fluorescence signal emitted by the atomic group irradiated by the detection light is received through the fluorescence lens, and then the measured acceleration in the current sensitive axis direction is calculated.
