The steel rolling heating furnace comprises a furnace body, an inner cavity of the furnace body is divided into a preheating section, a heating section and a soaking section through partition walls, and the soaking section is provided with flat flame burners and adopts a proportional control mode; the temperature sensors are arranged on the heating section and the soaking section; and the central control system can perform signal transmission with the temperature sensor, and can control the fuel quantity input of the heating section and the soaking section according to the temperature value displayed by the temperature information.
