Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides low-formaldehyde amino UV resin and a preparation method thereof. The low-formaldehyde amino UV resin provided by the invention is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 10 to 15 parts of highly methylated amino resin, 17.8 to 34.8 parts of a hydroxyl acrylic monomer, 0.04 to 0.30 part of a catalyst, 0.015 to 0.06 part of a formaldehyde treating agent, 0.22 to 0.43 part of an acid-base regulator and 0.07 to 0.20 part of a polymerization inhibitor. The low-formaldehyde amino UV resin provided by the invention can effectively reduce the content of formaldehyde, reduce odor, accelerate curing and ensure that a coating has high hardness after being cured.
