Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation method of an SERS (Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering) substrate of an Au/Fe3O4/MIL-101 (Cr) composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, synthesizing MIL-101 (Cr) by a hydrothermal method; 2, the surface of the MIL-101 (Cr) is coated with Fe3O4 by adding Fe < 3 + > and Fe < 2 + >; and 3, synthesizing gold nanoparticles by regulating and controlling the mass concentration and ultrasonic oscillation time of chloroauric acid, attaching the gold nanoparticles to the surface of Fe3O4/MIL-101 (Cr), preparing to obtain an Au/Fe3O4/MIL-101 (Cr) composite material, dissolving the Au/Fe3O4/MIL-101 (Cr) composite material, dispensing the Au/Fe3O4/MIL-101 (Cr) composite material on a silicon wafer, and drying to obtain the SERS substrate.
