Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a machining method for improving the performance of a titanium alloy welding wire. The machining method comprises the following steps that firstly, raw materials are made into electrodes to be smelted; 2, carrying out heat-preservation forging on the cast ingot, and air-cooling to obtain a forging stock; 3, performing hot rolling on the forging stock to obtain a thin rod; fourthly, the thin rod is subjected to hot drawing and rounding, surface scaling and damage repairing are conducted, then multi-pass cold rolling is conducted, and then atmosphere protection annealing is conducted; 5, carrying out multi-pass roller milling stretching on the wire blank, then cleaning and carrying out vacuum annealing; and sixthly, the wire is subjected to surface scaling and polishing treatment, and the titanium alloy welding wire is obtained.
