Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a reinforcing steel bar annealing process which comprises the following steps: step 1, shelling: a reinforcing steel bar is deformed and shelled by adopting shelling equipment; 2, acid pickling is conducted, specifically, the shell-removed reinforcing steel bars are subjected to acid pickling; 3, phosphorization is conducted, specifically, the steel bars subjected to acid pickling are subjected to phosphorization; 4, annealing is conducted, specifically, the phosphorized reinforcing steel bars are annealed; and 5, wire drawing and rolling, wherein the annealed steel bars are subjected to wire drawing and rolling. The method has the effects of reducing the use of an acid solution, saving resources and protecting the environment.
