Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of biological medicines, in particular to application of SiO2 in preparation of anti-radiation medicines or medicines for treating ionizing radiation injury. According to the invention, the new application of SiO2 in preparation of anti-radiation drugs or drugs for treating ionizing radiation injury is discovered and confirmed for the first time, and the SiO2 has a prominent effect in the aspect of relieving radiation injury of bone marrow, spleen and intestinal tract; meanwhile, the occurrence mechanism of the application is preliminarily explored, that is, SiO2 plays a radiation protection role mainly through a NOD2/NF-kappa B pathway, and a new prevention and treatment strategy is provided for radiation protection.
