Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a large-current parallel IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Translator) driving device which comprises a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) interlocking circuit, a fault feedback circuit, a delay reset circuit and a PWM control module, the MCU is electrically connected with the PWM interlocking circuit, the fault feedback circuit and the delay reset circuit, the PWM control module is electrically connected with the PWM interlocking circuit and the IGBT module, and normal and stable work of a parallel tube IGBT is ensured through the PWM control module and the PWM interlocking circuit; the time-delay reset circuit is electrically connected with the PWM control module, the IGBT module is electrically connected with the fault feedback circuit, and the time-delay reset circuit and the fault feedback circuit are used for ensuring that the IGBT stops working in time in an abnormal working state of the parallel tube IGBT and reporting a fault normally.
