Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of bone repair, and provides a numerical simulation method and system for compression seepage and dispersion of bone cement. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring related parameters of a bone filling mesh bag and a fractured vertebral body, and constructing a numerical simulation model of the bone filling mesh bag and the fractured vertebral body; based on the numerical simulation model and bone cement parameters, calculating equivalent permeability and distribution of the bone filling mesh bag and the fractured vertebral body by adopting porous medium seepage mechanics and computational fluid mechanics respectively, and carrying out numerical simulation to obtain a flowing process of bone cement in a space in a microenvironment of the bone filling mesh bag and the fractured vertebral body. The dispersion distribution of the bone cement is predicted; and acquiring a dispersion distribution form of bone cement with the same numerical simulation conditi
